COOPER BASIN CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES
Lidiar Group has provided operational management and hands-on construction management throughout 2019 to a major Engineering and Construction Contractor, in order to ensure they meet or exceed its client’s project delivery expectations. Our client operates in a harsh, remote environment and Lidiar Group understands those conditions and supports the client to provide excellent project delivery by supplying expertise and relevant experienced personnel.

PROJECT PRE-DELIVERY
Lidiar Group delivered our client key expertise during the start-up phase of over 50 civil, water and wastewater, oil and gas and power construction projects. The support provided at this early project start-up phase was diverse and included; design management, construction planning and management, project management, contract administration, quality management, and procurement activities.
Lidiar Group’s team were able to collectively contribute to our client’s project delivery readiness.

WHITSUNDAY AND HAMILTON SOLAR FARM
Whitsunday and Hamilton Solar Farms project was the construction of a 138 Mw (AC) solar power plant. The power plant Powerlink’s network and distributed across the National Energy Market. Lidiar Group supported its client to execute its design and construct contract
Lidiar’s involvement included design management, project planning, project controls, and project reporting. Lidiar Group supported its client to enter the renewable energy sector while controlling its key delivery risks.
NORTH EAST LINK PROJECT EARLY WORKS
Lidiar Group provided our client, a major construction contractor, with project management and work package coordination for a major tunnelling and service relocation project in Melbourne, Victoria. The project contributed to vital service relocation works required to move utility infrastructure prior to the main tunnelling works being undertaken.
This project reinforces Lidiar Group’s ability to manage fast-paced, complex infrastructure construction in challenging environments.
