Lidiar Advisory provided expertise and detailed knowledge to our major client for its cost estimation of the asset decommissioning, deconstruction, and remediation of major gas production infrastructure for one of Queensland’s LNG proponents.
The completed cost estimation was peer reviewed, client reviewed, by its internal subject matter experts, and reviewed by the client’s auditor; at all stages the robustness of the buildup methodology and overall accuracy of the forecast were highly praised.
EAST COAST OIL AND GAS MARKET OVERVIEW AND STRATEGIC PLANNING
Lidiar Advisory undertook targeted research and developed reporting for the Board of Directors of an ASX-listed, major infrastructure contractor detailing the Eastern Australia oil and gas market outlook. This overview and strategic planning report was implemented through the organisation setting the overall direction for market positioning and business development.

COMMERCIAL ADVISORY – CROWNE PLAZA HOTEL, HOBART
Lidiar Advisory provided commercial advice to one of Australia’s largest electrical contractors to close out project claims. Lidiar undertook a forensic analysis of project prolongation, delays, contractor costs incurred and claims to date to advise its client on a commercial approach to the project developer and head contractor.
