Natig is a certified ISO 9001/ISO 14001/18001 & AS/NZS 4801 Lead Auditor. He is proficient in control and management of engineering and construction project documentation and has an in-depth knowledge of information management systems and engineering processes in construction/fabrication project environments.

Lara Lindsay

Lara is a highly motivated professional administrator with 20+ years’ experience. She provides a high level of business operations support and coordination to Lidiar Group management and team as well as being responsible for Lidiar Group’s day to day business operations, administration, graphic design, marketing, tendering, and project support for our clients.

Lara is highly focused and results-orientated with a strong capability to effectively coordinate, prioritise and time manage multiple concurrent projects with a strong attention to detail and proven success working under pressure to achieve tight deadlines.

Lara’s extensive experience is complimented by a Certificate IV in Frontline Management and a Certificate IV in Customer Contact.

Pierre is an experienced project controls specialist, management and project accountant and business analyst with a proven background in projects and operations across the mining, energy, oil and gas and manufacturing industries in Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. Pierre holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a full member of the Chartered Accountants Institute of Australia and New Zealand.

Pierre lends his highly structured accounting disciplines to Project Controls which form efficient, fit for purpose budgeting, performance monitoring and reporting process. Pierre has worked both in large corporations and SME’s and is competent in ensuring compliance to structured, disciplined processes and governance. He is comfortable reporting at all levels within a business.

Candy Lopez

Candy is a qualified Civil Engineer, certified by Engineers Australia and holds a Master of Business Administration. Candy’s experience spans responsibilities for construction as well as experience dealing with day to day production environments. Candy has a true understanding of operations and maintenance in mining environments and is able to apply that understanding to her application of project engineering during all phases of project development, design, construction and operation.

Candy has experience in the coal mining sector, commercial construction and infrastructure construction sectors. Candy’s responsibilities have included developing project quality assurance documentation, project plans, managing commercial contracts and compiling claims, developing and managing project construction schedules as well managing procurement and subcontracting activities.

Candy has advanced her project engineering to include analytics in construction performance able to identify, collate and process all data generated during a project to provide construction intelligence that translates to live, relevant information able to be used to proactively manage a project.

Natalie Robinson

Natalie is an experienced Environmental Coordinator with a diverse background and involvement in complex, large scale energy, water and infrastructure projects. Natalie has strong capability in developing and implementing project specific Construction Environmental Management Plans, Environmental Risk Registers and Procedures that comply with client and government legislation requirements. Natalie is also experienced in reviewing project operational performance, determining actions and outcomes, and reporting lead and lag indicators such as environmental interventions, environmental action close outs, environmental incidents and emergency events and has provided onsite supervision, training and technical advice to ensure all environmental regulatory and licence obligations are met or exceeded.

John Hiscock

John is a highly experienced, solution focused, multi disciplined Civil Construction Manager with 20+ years’ experience in managing large project teams for Multi-Million- dollar Geenfield and Brownfield construction and maintenance projects across the conventional oil and gas, coal seam gas, copper mining, alumina refining and marine sectors, across Australia.

For the last 11.5 years John has worked in the Cooper and Surat Basins for Owner and Contractor teams, managing large to medium sized teams through the construction of oil and upstream CSG production and gathering infrastructure for Santos, Origin Energy, QGC and Beach Energy, with the main focus being on wellheads, flowlines, steel and HDPE gas and water gathering pipelines and trunklines (steel and HDPE), and all associated civil works including excavations, trenching, clearing, grubbing, reinstatement and rehabilitation works.

John is highly skilled in the selection, development and management of multi-discipline site-based construction teams, setting and appraising measurable goals and KPI’s, providing technical and procedural guidance, and removing roadblocks to success to enable the safe, on-time and within budget delivery of scoped work packages, often in environmentally harsh and logistically challenging locations. He combines industry expertise with excellent people engagement skills to develop trust and credibility with senior management, direct and indirect reports, contractors, subcontractors and client representatives. He an avid supporter of safe work systems to ensure the collective achievement of Zero Harm objectives, and Incident and Injury Free (IIF) projects.

Michael Beaven

Michael is a highly experienced project controls specialist with over 15 years Greenfield and Brownfield experience across a diverse range of manufacturing, fabrication, oil & gas, mining, and construction projects.

Michael’s capability extends across project planning and scheduling, cost management and project reporting. He has strong experience in using Primavera P6 and MS Project, Primavera Risk Analysis Pertmaster, Enersight, Spotfire - Reporting and Analytics, JDEdwards, and is a certified SAP Professional. His roles have required complex stakeholder management, coordinating various information sources and streams to consolidate and communicate business-critical intelligence.

Construction site environments are Michael’s strength, he is an excellent member of any project team, whilst also able to work independently. He is results-focused, understands the pressures associated with construction project delivery and is always dedicated to positive project outcomes.

Yoshi Lim

Yoshi is a qualified Engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical), as well as a Certificate of Project Management. Yoshi has worked on a wide variety of large construction and mining projects and his experience includes technical project engineering, project management, project scheduling, cost estimation and project controls. Yoshi holds a diverse range of expertise, offering a well-rounded skill set; matching his strong technical ability, leadership and communication skills enabling him to lead, plan and achieve operation excellence.

His knowledge spans a range of major capital projects, including brownfield and critical shutdown projects of varying construction/maintenance disciplines demonstrating his diverse capability and flexibility. Yoshi is experienced in a PMO environment and has excellent knowledge of commercial management, cost control functions and project variation management. He has operated in heavy industries for some time which provides him an excellent attitude towards project health and safety considerations, respects the environments that he works in and integrates into teams well.

Rick Winsor

Rick holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), majoring in Mechanical Engineering. He has worked on a wide variety of construction projects and his onsite experience includes all phases of project delivery and operation; from planning and design, construction, and commissioning through to equipment condition-monitoring on operational plants.

Rick has a highly technical approach to his work, is comfortable with an advanced use of technology in construction and collaborates well across a range of teams. He can take complex problems and develop efficient solutions and always remains focused on best-for-project outcomes.

His knowledge spans a range of projects, including operations and maintenance programs, construction of oil & gas-related infrastructure, mining projects, and Government construction of varying disciplines. That experience range across the broad list of construction sectors demonstrates his diverse capability and flexibility.

Rick’s responsibilities have included developing project work packages, quality assurance documentation, project plans, developing and managing project construction schedules as well as managing procurement and subcontracting activities.

His technical prowess is complemented by advanced scheduling and project management methodologies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.

Additionally, his communication skills enable him to effectively engage with project teams, fostering collaboration and a clear understanding of project goals across all levels of an organisation.

Furthermore, he possesses proficiency in project cost estimation techniques, cost control, and project reporting, including earned value management. Highly organized, Behshad ensures compliance with structured, disciplined processes and governance. 

Marianys Diaz

Marianys is a passionate and energetic engineer, focused on best for project solutions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and post graduate diplomas in Project Management and Leadership and Management. Marianys’ project experience includes quality assurance management for solar farms, project document development for bulk earthworks projects and cost estimation support for various construction disciplines.

Marianys has worked in project environments, holds a construction white card, and is adept at identification and management of project environmental and health and safety risks. She has experience operating in structured environment and safety management systems.

Clara Nyamandi

Clara is a determined and driven Procurement Specialist with 9 years’ experience in the energy, engineering, transport and fast-moving consumer goods sectors. She is tertiary qualified and experienced contracts and procurement professional with strong exposure across the procurement lifecycle and has managed spend across both critical and non- critical portfolios covering engineering and civil construction.

Savio offers 9 years’ experience in safety leadership, building safety health management systems, procedures and policies in the Energy, Oil and Gas and Engineering sectors both internationally and in Australia.
