Dipayan forges a new frontier in Quality Management for Lidiar’s Clients

Dipayan Bairagi, Lidiar Group’s Junior Associate has spearheaded the implementation of a fully electronic QA Inspection and Test Checklist system using Fulcrum App on Apple iPhone. The app allows users to develop a series of queries, take photos and verify information with a signature.

Dipayan developed a series of queries in Fulcrum to manage the inspection and tests for the piling and subsequent mechanical installation of the Coleambally Solar Farm, near Griffith in NSW. It has allowed Lidiar’s client to streamline its project resourcing and eliminated the requirement for costly data entry and verification.

Lidiar Group is planning on further developing a complete Fulcrum solution for Solar Farms from civil preparation works through to the electrical installation requirements. It further reinforces our commitment to efficient construction process and also our expertise in renewable infrastructure project construction.
