We are mobile… another early morning flight.

Our client’s projects are often in remote, difficult to get to locations. Lidiar Group’s Partners and associates often travel on several flights and spend hours on the road to get there. That’s our normal. The most effective place for us to be when we provide our Project Management Services is right there, on the project, not in a nice, air-conditioned office in the CBD.

We often say, “Have laptop, will travel”. It’s funny how much stuff we now have to travel with to stay connected and effectual in this modern age, it’s a bit more than just a laptop. When we are on-site there is little difference for our team from if they were in our office in Brisbane.

A client comes to us with a problem – they need a schedule, a contract administered, a project plan, a project set-up, a tender submission… Lidiar Group approaches those problems with a fresh perspective to provide reliable, accurate and effective solutions.

Lidiar Group is currently working on our client’s Projects in south east QLD, north QLD, Sydney, western NSW and Melbourne, on location, in their Project site offices. It’s great to be part of so many interesting, diverse projects and it’s exciting to support our clients to extend their capabilities.
